Dave is a seasoned commercial and corporate real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. A commercial agent and investor, he’s known for sourcing creative, value-add solutions for property owners and tenants. He earned the CCIM designation in 2019, recognizing advanced expertise in CRE financial analysis, investment strategy, market analysis, and negotiations. Dave’s background also includes working for a Fortune 500 REIT, where he led teams managing nationwide portfolios across entitlements, facilities, acquisitions, lease negotiations, and portfolio optimization. Rooted in early experience in his family’s hospitality business, he brings strong customer service, attention to detail, and process-driven problem solving to every client. He now serves buyers, sellers, and leasing clients throughout Northern and Central Arizona.
