Don Teel

Donald Teel is a lifelong Arizona resident who began his real estate career in 1987 with the Del Webb Corporation, where he was an award-winning salesperson and eventually a VP of Sales and Marketing.

He was invited to join Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in 1990 as the General Manager of its West Phoenix, AZ, Prudential's first Arizona franchise operation. He relocated to Prescott in 1995, where he successfully engaged in the merger and acquisition of Prudential's franchisees in Flagstaff, Sedona, Prescott, and other market centers. Nine years later, he sold Prudential Foothills Real Estate to retire, but in 2009, Mr. Teel was invited by Jim and Bebe Pullaro to join Arizona Commercial Real Estate as its President and CEO. In 2010, he was asked by the Yavapai Prescott Indian Tribe to help negotiate their acquisition of Prescott’s Frontier Village, a 675,000 square foot retail power center. He closed the transaction in 2012 and built up its property management and marketing team. He and his team successfully created a leasing portfolio of approximately $40 million.

He co-founded Commercial Properties of Northern Arizona (“CPNA”) in 2014. In 1990, while his daughter attended the University of Arizona, Donald and his wife resided in Tucson, Arizona, where he engaged in commercial real estate consulting services.

Today, Donald is back in Prescott working as an associate at Arizona Commercial, focusing on retail, office, development, and asset performance.
